Meet Your instructors

Coach Tiffany started coaching cheer in 2006 and started Elite Diamonds in 2007. She has coached hundreds of girls over the last 20 years both in the US and while living in Japan. Tiffany has coached girls ages 3-18 in recreational cheer,  middle school & high school cheer, and competive cheer.  

Coach Tiffany gained her cheer and dance experience by stepping on a youth step team, cheering on both the JV and Varsity in high school, and twirling and dancing on her high school's marching band flag squad. Tiffany furthered her knowledge of dance by taking classes as an adult.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in computer science from NC A&T SU and her MBA from Strayer University.  Outside of coaching coach Tiffany has spent a lot of time with children by being a teacher in early childhood for 3 years and middle & high school for 7 years. 

 Coach Tomika was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She was a football and basketball cheerleader in high school and also participated in competition cheer.
 

Tomika graduated from Livingstone College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She has been a resident of Charlotte since 2010. Coach Tomika is married and has one daughter.

Coach Tomika has coached cheer for 8 years, and enjoys reading, crafting, doing makeup and of course cheer! 

Born and raised in Winnsboro, South Carolina, Coach Morgan is currently a senior at Winthrop University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in Educational Studies. She is set to graduate in Spring 2026 and plans to continue her education by earning a Master of Arts in Teaching.

Morgan began her dance journey at Fairfield Middle School and continued dancing throughout high school. At her core, she is a choreographer who believes dance is a powerful form of expression and emotion. Her creative process is driven by improvisation scores, allowing her to bring unique movement and feeling into each piece.

Currently, Morgan is receiving professional training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and modern dance at the collegiate level. She is passionate about her craft and eager to grow within the field. Her lifelong dream has been to dance—and she hopes to continue doing so for until the final moments of her life.

Coach Bre grew up in Kansas City, MO. From a very young age she found a love of dance and cheerleading, beginning in competitive cheer and dance and continuing through high school. She moved 13 times before graduating high school but always found a home and a place to belong in cheer and dance. 

Coach Bre graduated from Kansas State University with a Masters in Landscape Architecture. She soon moved to Orlando, FL to begin her career as a landscape architect. Once in Orlando, she began to volunteer as a coach and was reminded what the sport truly meant to her. 

She has volunteered for three years coaching cheerleading and now calls Charlotte her home. She is a licensed landscape architect, loves plants, reading, dancing around the house when no one is watching and believes strongly in the joy dance and cheer can create!
